Idle Breakout reimagines the traditional brick-breaking formula by shifting the focus from manual control to automated progression. Instead of bouncing a single ball with a paddle, players purchase and upgrade multiple types of balls that continuously move and break bricks on their own. Each brick has a specific durability, requiring multiple hits to be destroyed. The more bricks that are cleared, the more in-game currency is earned, allowing for faster progression. Players can decide whether to invest in more balls or improve the ones they already own to maximize efficiency.

Upgrade System and Strategic Choices

The game offers various ball types, each with unique properties that affect gameplay. Some balls deal high damage, while others bounce rapidly, piercing through multiple bricks in a single hit. As the game advances, bricks become stronger, requiring better upgrades to maintain progress.
